Jennifer Garner’s body could not bounce back after having three babies

Jennifer Garner says giving birth to three babies has changed her body forever – and she’s fine with it.

On Monday, the 48-year-old Camp actress, who shares three children with ex-husband Ben Affleck (daughters Violet (15) and Seraphina (12) and son Samuel (9). Happy mom Happy baby podcast with host Giovanna Fletcher to discuss how motherhood has led her career choices and self-esteem amid rumors about pregnancy and a culture that is great.

“There are some amazing women whose bodies just no matter how many babies they have, they bounce back to that skinny hip, no belly,” she told Fletcher. “It’s amazing. I have so many girlfriends who have the physique and I’m so happy about it. I’m not one of them, it’s not my concert.

“I can work really hard and I can be fit and I will still look like a woman who has had three babies,” she said. “And I always will.”

Garner recalls a 2014 interview with Ellen DeGeneres in which she admitted that she was “congratulated all the time” with faux pregnancies, as reported by the tabloids. “So I asked around and apparently a baby bump,” she told DeGeneres. “And I’m here to tell you I do. Although Garner was not pregnant at the time, he said the birth of three children changed her shape, as it can for many other moms. After childbirth, the ever-expanding uterus and fluid can enlarge the abdomen, while age, lifestyle, and genetics affect the ease with which women lose weight. Many mothers also develop diastasis recti (when the abdominal muscles divide during pregnancy) which can correct itself or require specific exercises.

“I just thought I might as well address it, and Ellen was so fond of letting me in,” Garner told Fletcher. “I mean, every week,” is she? Is she pregnant? ‘It’s still happening, I’m 48 and I’m single. And it still happens, so you might as well just take that bull by the horns. ‘

Garner suggested she admire Kate Middleton because she allowed the press to take her outside the Lindo wing of St. Louis. she did not hide the fact that she only looks like a woman for a few hours postpartum. “In both cases, the Duchess did not disguise her figure with clothes, her posture or form.

And Garner shared her shame after Violet’s birth when a friend joked with her body, “Is there another one in there?” she told Fletcher. “Luckily I have a sense of humor and that’s why I laughed. But I remembered it.”
