Jenna Dewan celebrates her ‘rainbow baby’ Callum’s first birthday while ‘thanking the universe’ for her little boy
Jenna Dewan learns that in the summer of 2019 she was pregnant with her first child, a son, with fiancé Steve Kazee.
And on Saturday, the 40-year-old actress happily celebrated her ‘rainbow baby’ Callum’s first birthday, which she welcomed into the world in March 2020.
To celebrate the occasion, Jenna posted a beautiful, side-by-side photo of Callum on Instagram showing him posing next to a photo of himself as a newborn.

“I cut off half of the frame while taking this photo, because I was just too wavy …!” she explained the image in the caption of her post.
“The fact that this little angel baby is one year old today inspires me.”
In the photo, Callum looks beautifully dressed in a brown robe as he sits in front of his crib in the Los Angeles home that Jenna shares with her hungry fiancé.
“Callum, you came to this world and it changed the moment you were here … you brought with you pure joy, pure love and a little spark of the divine that I feel,” the mother of two stormed.
The Step Up star went on to write how her little boy brought everyone around him ‘like the bright shining sun’ together.

“It’s an absolute gift and honor to be your mom.”
Since COVID-19 is still a big danger, Dewan apologizes for not being able to have a proper birthday for Callum.
“I also feel like it’s part of your magic … to show us all how amazing it is to slow down, to focus on what matters and to be together as a family.”
She ends with a standout about how she, Kazee, and her daughter Everly, who she shares with ex-husband and actor Channing Tatum, ‘thank you to the universe every day and we love you outside our little rainbow baby !!!’

To conclude her Instagram story, Jenna uploaded a boomerang video in which she triumphantly lifts her right arm in a white white t-shirt.
“And I believe that mothers should also celebrate BIRTHDAYS on their children …” she wrote a caption on the photo before adding: “We are all miracle women”
A ‘rainbow baby’ is a term often used to describe a child born into a family that has previously had a miscarriage or miscarriage.
