Jeffrey Epstein’s accused Mrs Ghislaine Maxwell sells London Home to pay for legal fees

Prisoner social worker Ghislaine Maxwell is selling her home in London to finance her legal costs, a family spokeswoman confirmed. The former partner and accused wife of Jeffrey Epstein, who has been in federal custody since July on charges of aiding and abetting Epstein’s sex trafficking business, owned a home in the capable Belgravia district. Maxwell’s representative did not confirm the sale price, but homes in the area recently sold for $ 3.6 million to $ 11.2 million. The sale got Maxwell into trouble earlier with her bank, Barclays, closing her account after the buyer paid the deposit. Prosecutors accused Maxwell, the daughter of controversial publisher Robert Maxwell, of helping Epstein abuse underage girls in the late 1990s. One of Epstein’s defendants claims she was brought to the London home to have sex with Prince Andrew. Andrew denies the charges; Maxwell pleaded not guilty.
