Turn on Lite

Famitsu’s Japanese figures are now available for the two weeks running from December 21, 2020 to January 3, 2021, revealing that Nintendo has managed to round off the year in style.

The entire top ten software map consists of Switch titles during the two weeks, with Momotaro Dentetsu stay shiny at the top. The game is followed by a list of games that consist almost exclusively of first-party hits from Nintendo, with the exception of Minecraft.

Here are the top 10 (first digits are the estimated sales of this period, followed by the total sales):

It was also an impressive period for hardware sales, with both the Switch and Switch Lite selling more units per week than usual. The original model ruled the highest as usual, but both consoles saw significant jumps during the festive season. Here are the figures for this period, followed by lifetime sales in brackets:
