Jana Kramer and her husband Mike Caussin apparently walk the path of so many country songs.
The Nashville singer posted a statement on Instagram, accompanied by a broken heart emoji, which apparently definitely indicates a breakup, although Caussin is not mentioned or using specific words about a divorce or separation.
“It’s time,” Kramer’s statement began. “While trying to make sense of a reality I never wanted to believe would be possible again, these words have now become a reality.”
“I fought, everyone. I loved it a lot. I forgave. I put in the work. I gave everything I had, and now I have nothing else to give. ‘
“Please know that I still wholeheartedly believe in marriage, love and rebuilding,” the actress “One Tree Hill” continued. “I just can not fight anymore. It’s time to heal. Thank you for all the love, heart and support, in many ways you fought with me on this journey, and for that I am grateful. ”
“I will always encourage you to continue the good fight, but you cannot do it alone.”
Kramer, 37, and former NFL player Caussin, 34, got hooked in 2015 and divorced a year later when Caussin’s infidelity and sex addiction came to light. He spent time at a treatment facility in 2016 and was ‘comfortable getting away from the fact that I’m a sex addict’.
The couple managed to save their relationship, renewed their vows in December 2017 and conveyed the drama in a book and a podcast about their relationship.
In October 2019, however, Kramer found a photo of a topless woman in Caussin’s phone, which she said led to ‘the point of, like, literally a nervous breakdown, where I just can no longer handle it physically. ‘
Despite theorizing that a bot sent Caussin the nude photo on Instagram, she said at the time of the incident: “I do not believe there will not be another time.”
Kramer and Caussin share two children, Jolie Rae and Jace Joseph.
