The Late, Late Show host (42) chose comfortably during the outing while wearing a pair of loose-fitting gray jogging shorts.

He said: ‘I want to change my lifestyle. I want to be better for my children and my family. I do not want to wake up tired or feel ashamed when I chase my son on the soccer field after three minutes.

James joins co-stars DJ Khaled and Robbie Williams to represent the brand and use the platform to get in shape and change their lives.

He has been married to television producer Julia Carey since 2012 and they share Max, nine, Carey, six, and Charlotte, three.
