The $ 40 Super Mario luxury Bowser Ship set, which comes from Nintendo and Jakks Pacific, plays the theme of the airship as the 2.5-inch plumber climbs aboard.
The Bowser Ship, announced today in honor of the MAR10 holiday this week, is a proper toy game for proper plastic Mario toys. There’s no Lego funny business here, no gimmicks unless you count the electronic music, spinning screws and rocking wheels. It has Bowser’s face in front and, just in case, another Bowser face in the back, if you forgot whose ship it is by the time you reach the back.
The airship also provides a great tool for Mario figure collectors, with enough space inside to cram in all the figures they continue to collect. It is a mobile platform for toy deployment.
