Invite adults to major in Spanish nutrition and fitness benefits

60 year old adults in the San Diego county can register to receive a virtual capacity in Spanish called Coma saludable, viva fuerte.

The class will be attending a session on Zoom every March from 11 am to 12 pm from April 20th until May 25th. Estará a cargo de Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego (CCDSD) y CalFresh Healthy Living.
