It looks like Intel is preparing a refresh of its existing Tiger Lake-U and Tiger Lake-H CPUs with faster quad-core models. The range will be offered against AMDs Ryzen 5000U and Ryzen 5000H Cezanne CPUs available in different configurations.
Intel Readies Tiger Lake-U and Tiger Lake-H New CPU Setup to Fix AMD Ryzen 5000 Cezanne Notebook Chips
Four models were leaked by various dealers and OEMs. The models feature two Tiger Lake-U and two Tiger Lake-H CPUs. Now you may be wondering why Intel is already offering a refresh for its not yet released Tiger Lake-H SKUs, but the refreshing range is mainly for the H35 variants that contain four-quarters, while the H45 variants start mid-2021 Both setups are based on the same Willow Cove core and has only four-core configurations.

Intel Tiger Lake-U Core i7-1195G7 and Core i5-1155G7
The Intel Tiger Lake U series also gets two new CPUs for the UP3 platform. According to the information, the U-series will consist of the Core i7-1195G7 and the Core i5-1155G7. Both of these chips have 4 cores and 8 wires with a 12 MB cache. The most interesting part of these chips is that they retain the same watches as the existing parts they have to replace, so that a possible change is speculated in the form of an overall boost frequency that will be higher than the existing models. It is very likely that this would be the case for the 28W CPUs which can also be set to 12W.

For these moderate clock speed increases, you can expect a small improvement in performance in different notebooks. As for the products themselves, it seems like OEMs are already working on laptops with designs like the Lenovo ThinkBook 14s Yoga, the Dell XPS 13 9310 and the Intel NUC M15 laptop already in the works. The laptops are expected to launch around the middle of this year after Tiger Lake H45 laptops hit the market.
