As part of its attacks on M1 Macs, Intel this week launched a “PC vs. Mac” website that strongly favored computer chips equipped with Intel chips and made dubious allegations about Apple’s M1 Macs. series.
Intel’s website says that Apple’s benchM1 Mac benchmarks are not “translated into real world usage” and that andM1 MacBook features “just can’t stack up” when compared to 11th-generation Intel chips be compared.
Intel positions computers as more “personalized” to suit the user’s “specific hardware and software needs”, while the M1 Macs support “limited” devices, games and creation applications. “The bottom line is that a computer offers users a choice, something that users do not get with a Mac,” the website says.
Computers offer a “full touch screen” instead of the “limited Mac Touch Bar,” along with “2 for 1 form factor options,” while Apple charges customers for “multiple devices and equipment.” The site highlights specific software like AI-based tools for creating Topaz Labs content that is said to be faster on 11th generation Intel Core chips, and faster Chrome performance.
A computer is built for the user. They can use software and games that users want to use and accommodate all the plug-ins you like. The possibilities are endless with a computer facing Apple’s tightly controlled walled garden.
Intel launched a major anti-Apple silicone advertising campaign this week targeting the M1 Macs. A series of ads released on YouTube was former actor Justin Long, who took advantage of Intel computers.
