Teresa Giudice, ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’, bought a $ 3.35 million investment property with her new 46-year-old boyfriend Luis ‘Louie’ Ruelas, who allegedly funded the purchase.
The purchase of the couple “Clarence Manor” is a “business investment” – not their new love nest, reports TMZ.
Giudice will be the property manager of the home in Montville, which is just three doors from the house the 48-year-old “RHONJ” star shared with her ex-husband Joe Giudice, 48.
The reality TV star now has a new relationship with Ruelas, co-founder of Digital Media Solutions. Giudice and her chiseled new bunch started dating in November after her divorce from Joe was finalized in September.
The new couple exploded together and went skiing and trekking to hit the beach. Giudice said Ruelas “is the best thing to come out of 2020” on Instagram.
