Pete Davidson has officially moved out of his mother’s basement and bought his own luxury apartment for $ 1.2 million – just before the new year, The Post reports.
The move comes four years after he stabbed a $ 1.3 million home in Staten Island in 2016 for his mother, Amy Waters. Davidson, 27, lived in the basement of the house until December when he moved into a tall house.
But he still stays close to home.
The “Saturday Night Live” star bought the apartment on the North Shore of Staten Island, not too far from his mother. The home was purchased by an LLC, according to property records.
A rep for Davidson has not yet responded to The Post’s request for comment.
The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment is located on the waterfront and has panoramic views of Manhattan.
The original list includes a Hawaiian-themed bathroom, a purple-painted kitchen and one of the two bedrooms with bunk beds.
During a Zoom call sent to TikTok over the weekend, Davidson revealed that he has found a new place.
“I just moved out of my mother’s house,” he said as he scrambled for his keys. He adds as he walks in: ‘I’m completely out. I have a booklet. ‘
The news of his big move comes a month after his romance with Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor came to light.
According to the presentation, the apartment is described as a “pinnacle of luxury lifestyle.”
The house features rising ceilings, tall windows with an abundance of natural light and a private terrace.
Other features of the house include an open plan, a redesigned kitchen with a sitting area on the peninsula, quartz leaves and a unique “waterfall” installation.
The main bedroom has a bath with a marble bath, jacuzzi bath, separate shower and a walk-in closet with a private door to the terrace.
Building facilities include secure access to the porter, a lounge for the residents, a fitness center, children’s playground and braai stations.
Dynevor, 25, and Davidson have reportedly been dating since early March.
An insider told Page Six that the two things are going slowly.
The source said they were ‘not too serious’, adding that Davidson was linked to ‘SNL’ in New York, and that Dynevor was ‘in England for the rest of the year’. ‘Bridgerton.’
