The Secretary of the Department of Health, Carlos Mellado, made sure that the Governor of Puerto Rico continued to receive the amount of vacancies against the coronavirus, COVID-19, in such weeks it would be necessary to abide by the process for the entire population.
In an interview with Juguda Pelota Dura, Mellado indicates that this could happen “if everything goes well and receives Jansen”. Jansen’s vacancy was created by the Johnson & Johnson company.
“This week we will have more than three thousand vacancies, my expectation being able to have the same amount of time as the two, which is 32 miles from Modern and 42 miles from Pfizer”, added the official.

At the press conference, Mellado announced the expansion of editions with access to the vacancies against the COVID, allowing people from 35 years to 49 with chronic illnesses and some 50 years or more.
