Immortals Fenyx Rising gets a new, limited time event for all players, and this one makes a little more sense than the scary Adventure Time DLC of a month ago.
As a promotion with Blood of Zeus, a Netflix animation about the son of Zeus fighting mythical monsters, Immortals will have a new event available from January 21 to January 28 featuring players the Chimera and Cerberus themselves (what would Zagreus say ?!). Upon completion of the quest, players will receive an Eagle pendant and character customization options based on the show. The search, called “A Tribute To Family”, will appear on the map once you complete the “Gods and Monsters” search.
In addition to the DLC, there will also be a Blood of Zeus weapon suit with new skins for your sword, ax and bow, and a character suit with armor, a helmet, wings, a mountain and a Phoenix companion heading to the show’s Amazon fighter, Alexia. The character pack costs 1500 credits (about £ 10) in the in-game store, and the weapon pack costs 810 credits (about £ 5). Both are for sale, even after the event is over.
