“I show you all that my treasures are something special”

Brie Bella appreciates her body after baby.

The 37-year-old wrestler shared a selfie with a mirror on Monday that shared her abdominal muscles seven months after her birth to her second child Buddy at C-section. In the caption, she opens her weight loss journey and likes the skin she is in.

“The more baby weight I lose, the more my treasure of Buddy appears,” she wrote. “Buddy almost grew through my navel lol. I think the old woman’s stories were right how boys grow! Low !! After my second C section I really kicked my butt to get my abs back! Which is normal after babies . ‘

She admitted that she has struggled with body image since her son said, “sometimes it’s hard for me to look in the mirror and see my body.”

“I always tell myself that I have to be kind and grateful, but I’m human, so getting myself apart happens. That’s why Nikki and I really wanted to do a body wash every morning and every night when you’re completely vulnerable, to see the words Empower.to break yourself down, you build yourself up.You may see me in my one piece by the pool, but I show everyone that my treasures are something special.It reminds me of a special commitment that me with my sweet babies for 9 months, ‘she said.

Fans commented on Brie’s comments to thank her for her transparency and called her an inspiration.

“Your body is so beautiful, thank you so much for always inspiring us to love our body and love who we are,” a fan wrote.

In an interview with She knows, Bella and her sister Nikki, opened up about self-care during the pandemic and how she stays healthy.

‘Sometimes I feel like people like’ I have to practice hardcore five days a week to be healthy. “But that’s not necessarily true for me,” she revealed. Self-care is about what makes you feel best. [For me that’s] be outside and push my baby and smell the trees and the fresh air. I feel that not only am I burning calories, but that my mental health is also getting good exercise. ‘
