‘I have mine !!!’: OJ Simpson boasts of vaccinating Covid-19 while wearing ‘The Juice’ face mask

OJ Simpson shared a photo of him receiving the Covid-19 vaccine, and encouraged others to get it when it’s time, causing some Twitter users’ consternation.

The former football star and former convict wore a face mask with his nickname “The Juice” printed on the front when he was injected with the vaccine at a distribution point in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The caption reads: “Get your chance. I have mine !!! ”

Some followers were furious that the 73-year-old had been vaccinated against the coronavirus in front of others because of his criminal past, despite his advanced age.

Simpson’s fame as a Hall of Fame professional soccer player, where he earned his nickname, was tarnished by his time as a murder suspect after the brutal murder of his wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman in 1994.

After an interim hearing on the rollercoaster and its release, Simpson was prosecuted by the courts by Goldman’s family who instituted a civil case against him that they had won.

In 2008, Simpson was jailed for another crime – his role in an armed robbery at a Las Vegas hotel over a dispute over ownership of his memorabilia.

He was sentenced to 33 years in prison but released in 2017 after serving nine years.

His fame follows him to this day, with Twitter users sharing memes regarding the infamous murder trial and asking how the killer gets the vaccine in front of the rest of us?

Some posts referred to the moment in the murder trial when Simpson used the gloves worn during the murder of Ms. Brown and Mr. Goldman was used, which shows that it does not suit him.

In one post it was replaced by the gloves Bernie Sanders wore during the inauguration, in another position the user zoomed in on the practitioner’s hands showing her bad surgical gloves: ‘Again one. The glove does not fit. ”

The Daily Show Comedian Travon Free writes: “Who ‘stabbed’ OJ Simpson through a white woman ‘on their 2021 bingo card?”

One person tweeted: ‘I just saw OJ Simpson tending, but for all the wrong reasons. Apparently it’s more important to keep him alive than to keep me alive. ”

As a Nevada resident older than 65, Simpson is eligible for vaccination under state guidelines.
