How to make weapons in Fortnite

Fortnite Season 6 has become ‘Primal’ and if you miss the trailer showcasing some new additions, one round on the new map should be pretty revealing. From the prehistoric huts to the new weapons clad with teeth and bones, Fortnite Season 6 looks almost like ARK Survival Evolved, if not for all the TikTok dance and superheroes running around. Oh yes – and weapons are now being manufactured.

How to work in Fortnite is definitely a big topic for this season as it is a complex new system that all players on the fly are trying to learn. We built this cheat sheet so you can have a better understanding of new elements such as mechanical parts, animal parts, makeshift, Classic and Primal weapons, and a general overview of how to manufacture in Fortnite. Here’s everything you need to know.

How to work in Fortnite

Although the list of manufactures is long, it does not matter if you do not know what you are dealing with. First, you want to experience new manufacturing parts: mechanical parts and animal parts.

Mechanical parts

Mechanical parts come from vehicles like cars, trucks, RVs and basically anything with a car in it. Store it with your Harvest Tool or inflate it to leave mechanical parts behind.

Animal parts

Animal parts are dropped by defeated wild animals. This season introduces animals both passively and aggressively such as chickens and frogs in the former case, and pigs and wolves in the latter case. When defeated, they leave Bones and Meat behind.

Frogs can also leave Stink Sacs behind, while larger animals will leave more bones behind than small ones.

Both and mechanical parts do not take up space in your five ordinary stock slots, but meat does – four pieces of meat up to a slot and 15 hp per piece of meat eaten. However, legs and mechanical parts are placed in a new Crafting menu that you will find when you upload your full stock. Each manufactured object will contain animal or mechanical parts, but at least nothing is needed.

Primary weapons versus classic weapons

Continuing from above, the reason why no weapon recipes require mechanical and animal parts is because it suggests opposite weapon style in season 6. Top weapons, clad in teeth and adhesive tape, tackle a common blow at the expense of accuracy, while classic weapons play the well-known firepower to which they are accustomed, but can leave them subdued in a battle with Primal-equipped enemies.

There is a risk reward system that requires each player to decide for himself what he prefers, or sometimes what he can even manage. If you discover a weapon of a makeshift, consider it an empty lead. Although it is a serviceable weapon as it is, the combination with the right manufacturing stock can instantly turn it into a classic or Primal weapon.

We have already looked at how to manufacture the Hunters Mantle. In the next section we will summarize it and look at other recipes that players can use to create new weapons.

Fortnite Art Recipes

We’ll probably discover more art recipes in Fortnite in the playing hours ahead, but for now here are the recipes we’ve found so far.

To create an item, go to the Crafting menu and scroll to the basic item you want to change, such as turning a piece of meat into a Hunter’s Cloak or a Makeshift Shotgun into a Primal Shotgun. If you do not just have the weapon enough art parts, you can make the desired weapon.

  • Mechanical rifle: 1 Weapon, 4 mechanical parts
  • Mechanical explosive arc: 1 Mechanical bow, 6 grenades
  • Mechanical shock wave weapons: 1 Mechanical bow, 2 shock wave grenades

  • Primal Gun: 1 weapon, 4 legs
  • Primal Flame Bow: 1 Primal Bow, 1 Firefly Jar or 1 Gasblik
  • Primal Stink Bow: 1 Primal Bow, 3 Stink Fish of 1 Stink Sac
  • Hunter coat: 1 meat, 2 bones

It should be noted that you can also find art objects and Primal and Classic weapons in chests, but because chests are random, the safest way to manufacture a specific item is to hunt the animals or the vehicles that are specific to you. intended to defeat. item.
