Actors Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will present a bicoastal Golden Globes Sunday it was postponed for almost two months due to the coronavirus pandemic. Fey appears in the Rainbow Room of New York, and Poehler is in The Beverly Hilton in Southern California, a region that suffers from a post-holiday boom in COVID-19 cases in January, when the awards show is usually held.
Even with the delay, the annual ceremony in honor of excellence in film and television continues this year awards season with the Grammys being held in March and the Oscars in April. During Sunday’s performance, Jane Fonda received the Cecil B. DeMille Award and Norman Lear will receive the Carol Burnett Award for their achievements.
