It’s that time of year again.

You will be forgiven if you forgot in what month it is, but it is somehow already February, which means the Super Bowl is on the doorstep again. For people with a cable, it’s not a problem to see the Big Sports Event – which will begin on Sunday at 18:30 ET on CBS and where the Kansas City Chiefs will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers not. But for cord clippings, and especially those with limited streaming subscriptions, you want to make sure you have a decent wifi connection and access to the right apps and services ahead of time so you don’t get stuck.

Streaming on CBS programs

Super Bowl LV can be streamed for free via a number of CBS channels. The easiest and straightest option is to stream it CBSSports.com, but you can also do it on the CBS Sport app, which is available in the App Store and Google Play. Subscribers on CBS All Access will also be able to see the game through the app, but it usually costs $ 6 per month with ads or $ 10 per month without ads after a seven-day trial period.

Stream on Yahoo Sports App

The Yahoo Sports app, which is free and available in the App Store and Google Play, will also stream the Super Bowl.

Stream on ESPN Sports

ESPN Sports will be the exclusive home for Spanish coverage of the game, according to an agreement with the NFL and CBS. Coverage is available via ESPN Deportes TV and on the ESPN App.

Stream on the NFL Program

The official NFL app, available for iOS and Android, also offers free coverage of the game. The NFL app is also supported on Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Xbox One.

Additional streaming services

Apart from these primary channels, the game can also be streamed through paid top-notch services, including Hulu, with Live TV, YouTube TV, FuboTV and Sling TV. All of these services offer free trials to new subscribers, so if you are considering taking the plunge with a live TV streaming service, this is a great time to take one of them on a trial run.

What to buy to stream the Super Bowl

Right now, there are more streaming services to choose from than anyone needs. Whether you go with an Apple TV, Nvidia Shield Pro or a cheap Roku or Fire TV device depends on what you plan to use it for.

Personally, I recommend everyone to be looking for a budget-powered device to work with. Chromecast with Google TV ($ 50). I like the interface and recommendation system, and it is much cleaner than some other devices in this price range. If most of your devices are manufactured by Apple, I can suggest that you have a Apple TV 4K ($ 150) – although currently more expensive than many streaming devices. For gamers, I usually recommend the Nvidia Shield TV.

Consult our buyer guides for information on comparing these devices very best streaming device and the best streaming sticks and dongles under $ 50.

… And if you need a TV

The best TV to stream the game is the one you already have in your home. But if you do not see the chance to have a new screen, you can consider the Sony X900H or the TCL 6 series – both have a high position in our recent 4K TV from face to face. If it’s an OLED you’re looking for, definitely do not consider it LG CX or the OLED vision. Both are a great choice for live sporting events.

Keep that in mind 2021’s new TVs however, will be on the market in the coming months. So if you want the latest and greatest technology in your display, you may want to wait a few months before buying it.

May we also recommend an air fryer?

Many of us will be watching the Super Bowl this year with a significantly smaller number of people than in recent years, thanks to lockouts and social distance measures to limit the spread of coronavirus. Since the bar is probably out of the question, please allow us to recommend something that might make your Big Game event feel a little more. Even if you stream solo this year.

Friend, may I recommend an air fryer? If so, consider this one of Ninja. It will not break the bank, but it will shall upgrade your food experience.
