Although long Danger! host Alex Trebek passed away on November 8, 2020, fans of the game show could still catch his famous face on TV. Given how far ahead of time the program was recorded, the deliveries of the past two months are almost everything was new – it made it feel like Trebek was still there and chatting with participants during the commercial breaks.

Unfortunately, our offer of new deliveries with Trebek as host of Danger! decreased and we left one last week of performances. Here’s how to watch it, as well as some other ways to commemorate the legacy of the pop culture icon.

How to get Trebek’s latest installments of Danger!

Originally the last new episode of Danger! presented by Trebek had to be broadcast on Christmas Day—25 December 2020 – but there was a change in the schedule “due to the expected premiums” around the holiday, The Wrap Report. Instead, from December 21, 2020 to January 1, 2021, the games show two week rebroadcasts with some of Trebek’s favorite episodes around the world.

But this week it really is this time. The latest new episodes of Danger! with Trebek will run from This week from Monday to Friday, with the last program airing on Friday, January 8th. In addition to the unexpected scheduling, a Sony representative said that Trebek’s the last week of deliveries was pushed back “to give his millions of fans a chance to see his final appearance.”

The week begins on Monday, January 4 with a ‘powerful message about the season of giving’ and concludes on Friday with a special tribute to the life and work of the man who led America’s favorite quiz show with skill, style and sophistication for 36+ years, ”a Sony representative told The Wrap.

Danger! will continue to broadcast at its usual time and on network TV – which means that most people should be able to catch the programs via an antenna, even if they do not have a cable or a live TV streaming service like Hulu Plus. See your local list for more information.
