The Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5 gaming consoles, some of the most popular gifts during last year’s holiday season, will hit the shelves at Walmart again today. Walmart is offering the game consoles, while stocks last, at 3 p.m. EST. We expect the consoles to go fast based on previous drops like this at major retailers.
The near-impossible to get PlayStation 5 is Sony’s top gaming model and has a built-in 4K Blu-ray player. You can enjoy games like Marvel’s Spider-Man: Mile Morales, Demon’s Souls, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and the ever-popular Fortnite in high-quality graphics – you can also play most PS4 games on it.

The Xbox Series X is considered one of the most powerful consoles of this generation and costs the same as the PS5. It also shares many of the same games as the PS5, including Fortnite, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. The Xbox also has its own exclusive titles like Gears 5 and the upcoming Halo Infinite. You can also play all Xbox One games on it, and if you have stuck with it, some Xbox 360 and original Xbox games. If you want to use your device to stream programs and movies, it also rests a 4k Blu-ray drive.

If you do not want to take the $ 500 dive, the Xbox Series S is a cheaper alternative to the Series X. You can play the same games, but it gets rid of the disc, so these should be digital downloads. The Series S also has a downgrade of Series X and PS5 graphics, so your games do not look as good as on the higher price point models.
