I am happy to have been born in the sense of a Christian hogar, but I have learned the value of honored work, solidarity, and compromise with my concubines.
Has supported me in these values that he has given me the most of the various ambitions of my public and private activity.
I would like to declare to you that my mayor’s organ has been built, along with my wish for Rosa, my brothers Ramón, Felipe, Carolina and Lissa, as well as my brother Chabela, a united, hardworking family, and compromised with the best causes, for the benefit of the Dominican people.
