Hilaria Baldwin back on Instagram after Spanish heritage scandal

She’s back!

Hilaria Baldwin returned to social media on Friday and posted a screenshot of herself Alec Baldwin and their five children.

The pseudo-Spaniard, 37, took a month-long absence from the public eye after discovering she was actually Hillary Hayward-Thomas and grew up in Boston, contrary to Mallorca as many people believed.

“I spent the past month listening, reflecting and asking myself how I can learn and grow,” she begins in a long caption. “My parents raised my brother and me with two cultures, American and Spanish, and I feel a real sense that I belong to both.”

She continued: ‘The way I talked about myself and my deep connection to two cultures could be better explained – I should have been clearer, and I’m sorry. I am proud of the way I grew up, and we raise our children to share the same love and respect for both. This is where we have produced our community to be vulnerable and push us to learn and grow, and I hope to return to the supportive and friendly environment we have built together. ”

Hilaria’s scandal unfolds in December after a Twitter user exclaimed to her with a simple remark: ‘Hilaria should admire Baldwin’s commitment to her decade – long speech in which she is a Spanish person.’

From there, Hilaria’s life exploded when the clippings reappeared, including one of her pretending not to know what the word cucumber was in English in the program “Today”. She also struggled to sign her 2009 tax return.

She later insisted that she only hide her background as a Bostonian to protect the privacy of her parents – who later moved to Spain.

Hilaria had earlier said she would take a breather from the social media platform in December, but posted only a few hours later.

Alec, 62, took his own social media break last month and vowed to stay off Twitter in the wake of the scandal.

A rep for Hilaria did not return to us immediately.
