On Thursday there will be early light snow before the temperature drops by Friday.
Forecasters are forecast Thursday morning for snowstorms over ocean effects on coastal locations, particularly the South Shore, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Otherwise the sky will be mostly cloudy and the highs will come out in many places in the thirties.
The temperature will drop overnight, and Friday will be icy – with wind chills possibly falling below zero.
