Cadillac used the Rolex 24 on Daytona to release its first teaser of the 2022 CT4-V and CT5-V Blackwings before their official debut on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 19:00 ET. And man, they look beautiful.
Since it is not official release time yet, Cadillac played with its minute-long teaser, which you can see in full below:
The Blackwings mimic their more common namesakes, but these are Cadillac’s opportunities to really express the envelope in terms of looks, technology and aero. As the preview suggests, both vehicles will have standard six-speed manual gearboxes, but you can choose a ten-speed if you feel extra nasty.

The most obvious change here, of course, is the look, which is aggressive and honestly beautiful. The front panel gets a look to make it look more aggressive, and with the addition of a front splitter, a rear spoiler and canards on the CT4-V Blackwing, you are gain some path-go machines that do not want to look out of place on the racetrack. The Blackwings just look bad.

You must be on the official debut to get all the performance specs and details, but we would not be surprised if the CT4-V Blackwing takes a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 or a twin-turbo-3.6-liter V-6. The CT5-V Blackwing, a larger machine, can even get the powered 6.2-liter V-8.
