Here are the 14 new mass vaccination sites in Utah

To make an appointment:

• Intermountain Healthcare Websites: Intermountain.com/covidvaccine (These websites are: Logan Regional Hospital in Logan; McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden; The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH) in Murray; Park City Hospital in Park City; Riverton Hospital in Riverton St. George Regional Hospital in St. George; and Utah Valley Hospital in Provo.)

• University of Utah Health Sites: health.utah.edu/coronavirus/vaccine (These sites are the University of Utah Hospital and the Redwood Health Center.)

• Nomi Health Sites: vaccines.nomihealth.com/utah (these five sites are in the Megaplex Theaters chain: Thanksgiving Point in Lehi; Geneva in Vineyard; the district in South Jordan; Valley Fair in West Valley City; and Legacy Crossing in Centerville.)
