Grammy-winning singer HAAR captivated Super Bowl LV viewers on Sunday with her performance of “America the Beautiful”.

This is followed by Eric Church and Jazmine Sullivan, who were the first duet to sing ‘The Star Spangled Banner’. presented at the Super Bowl over a decade. As for the legendary rest time show, the Weeknd will be central.
TELL HER Entertainment tonight in a recent interview that while she was ‘kind of nervous’ about performing on the world’s biggest stage, she was ‘blessed’ for the occasion.
“Honestly, I’m so excited to just perform at the Super Bowl. It’s a big stage and it’s not getting bigger, you know?” said the 23-year-old. ‘But I think the goal is for me to make [the song] my own. I’m a big fan of the different versions of ‘America the Beautiful’, but I really want to bring a few different elements into it … make it HER “
HER was born in Vallejo, California, and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She performed this iconic song for the country at an unprecedented time and tells what it means for her to be a part of this moment.
“I think the number 1 thing I think about a lot is the fact that I’m a young black girl from the Bay, who could never have imagined I would be on stage,” she said. “I think it’s a message to other young black women that you can do the same.”
