HEB adjusts store hours Sunday, Monday due to winter weather in San Antonio, surrounding areas

SAN ANTONIO With winter precipitation in the forecast late Sunday and early Monday and the expectation that the temperature will remain below freezing until Tuesday afternoon, HEB has adjusted the shopping hours across the state of Texas.

HEB stores in San Antonio and Hill Country will be open Sunday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HEB officials said customers may have limited time slots available for orders at home and home delivery, and that store hours can be adjusted according to local circumstances.

Some customers reported long queues at checkouts at some stores in San Antonio on Saturday.

“Stores were busy, but our shopping teams are equipped and willing to serve our customers,” a HEB spokesman told KSAT.
