Heather Graham is getting some sunshine.
The actress stunned fans when she took to Instagram on Sunday and shared an image of her catching sunbeams on the beach while showing off her dazzling figure.
‘Ocean meditation,’ Graham writes the makeup-free snap of herself wearing a bikini and sunglasses of animal print with her blonde locks flowing past her shoulders.
After the photo was posted, it didn’t take long for Graham (50) fans to bow to her prowess, as many were blown away that she looked just as good as with one fan, and even suggested she crowd the 20-something crowd to shame. ‘

In the latter part of 2020, the ‘Boogie Nights’ actress went to Instagram to tell fans that she is ‘grateful’ to be able to clear her mind in the sun as she meanders along the rocks near the beach.
“Grateful to get a chance to look forward to a beach after this crazy year,” she wrote. “Hope everyone is safe and sound.”

Part of Graham’s daily routine for independence includes yoga, running classes, Pilates and dance, she told Refinery29 in 2013.
And one of the “The Hangover” star’s biggest secrets to staying fit is sleep. In 2016, she told The Guardian: “I like sleep. When I tell people how much I sometimes sleep, they are terrified. I basically sleep between nine and twelve hours a night.”
