Oahu moved into the less restricted Level 3 of the city’s four-level economic recovery plan on Feb. 25 after being in Level 2 since Oct. 22. Level 3 allows for social and outdoor recreational gatherings of up to ten people, and can seat restaurants. 10 people at the table, versus five. Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi announced changes to Tier 3 on March 11, including that bars could reopen under the same conditions as restaurants and the evening clock extended to midnight.

Honolulu will remain in Level 3 of the COVID-19 reopening framework for at least the next four weeks, Blangiardi said last week.

According to Eastern Mayor, the current seven-day case for Oahu is 55 and the seven-day positive percentage is 1.9%.
