Twitch streamer Hasan ‘HasanAbi’ Piker stepped in to defend Mizkif amid controversy over the racism allegations against 4Conner.
The incident with the Twitch streamer 4Conner is just the latest dispute over the world of Twitch drama. On February 20, 4Conner leaked chat logs of past conversations exposing racist, sexist, homophobic and transphobic comments.
In the outage, 4Conner announced that he would retire for the foreseeable future of Twitch and apologized for his actions. Mizkif, who has worked with 4Conner in the past, has announced that he has banned the shameful scoundrel from his home.
In Hasan’s stream, one viewer accused Mizkif of being ‘just like’ 4Conner. “He can only hide it better,” they said.

4Conner apologized after leaking offensive messages he sent.
Hasan supports Mizkif
The remark leads to a passionate response from Hasan, who in his experience has never misbehaved Mizkif.
“Here’s the thing,” he said. “I do not know his background, I do not know what he has done in the past, but from all the interactions I have had with Mizkif, and I talk from time to time, he is not like that at all.
‘I do not know if people are trying to get caught and make extra drama out of it. He was perhaps a total headache in the day.
‘But what I saw was either because of his success with Twitch, or because he really grew up a little bit and started to get better. He does not look like that at all. ”
Mizkif has previously been criticized for his actions due to his association with the controversial streamer Ice Poseidon, and was suspended from Twitch in 2019 due to ‘inappropriate’ comments during an event. But since then, he has been banned only once: because he accidentally exposed nudity.
Hasan also condemned 4Conner’s comments in the Discord channel.
“I like edgy humor,” he said. ‘But this is the biggest bottom of the draft dogs ***. You’re just going for shock value by saying super racist s *** with the hope that people around you will react.
“All you’re going to do is attract really horrible people who are not funny either.”
Whether Twitch will officially perform on 4Conner is still unclear. Twitch’s policies do leave room for them to take action against streamers for their words and actions outside the platform itself, and other streamers have imposed the penalty for comments on other social media.
