‘Harry Potter’ star Jessie Cave reveals baby boy hospitalized with coronavirus

Harry Potter star Jessie Cave has revealed that her baby son, Tenn, has been hospitalized with coronavirus.

The 33-year-old actress, who played Lavender Brown in the instant film series, shared the news on social media on Tuesday.

“I watched the news of being locked out of an isolated room in the hospital,” she wrote. “The poor baby is positive. He is doing well and is doing well, but fortunately they are vigilant and careful.”

Cave continues: “This tribe is super powerful and contagious, so I hope people should be extra careful in the coming weeks. I did not want it to be the beginning of my families. [sic] new year. Really did not want to be in a hospital so soon after his traumatic birth. Once again, I rejoice in nurses and doctors.

“He is now £ 7, so he is a stronger and bigger boy than we were when we were last in a hospital room (and the needle went into his hand with louder and louder screams 😣😣😣😣😣.), “She added. “Love and best wishes to all ❤️ 🏥 #nhsheroes #nhs.”

Tenn was born in October and joins siblings Margot (4) and brother Donnie (6) who share Cave with her husband, Alfie Brown.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday ordered a national exclusion in the UK until mid-February in an effort to combat a variant of the coronavirus that is still spreading rapidly in the region.

“We now have a new variant of the virus and it was frustrating and worrying to see how fast the new variant spreads,” Johnson said in a speech.

Under the rules that will come into force soon, primary and secondary schools and colleges will be closed for personal learning, except for the children of key workers. University students only return at least mid-February.

Non-essential businesses such as hair salons and restaurants will be closed, although eateries may operate delivery services. As of Monday, England had reported more than 26,600 COVID-19 patients in hospitals, a 30% jump from a week ago.
