Halo Infinite Update is not the update that Xbox fans want

A new Halo Infinite update is not exactly the update that Xbox fans wanted. Halo Infinite will be released later this year via the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC and Xbox Game Pass. However, we have not seen it since the disastrous revelation this summer. Furthermore, there were also barely significant updates, which means that when it comes to a worrying update, it makes it even worse. The latest worrying update comes in the way of Kolbe Payne, a campaigner and game designer who has been with 343 Industries since 2019. Payne said on Twitter he was leaving the studio behind.

In itself, this update is hardly noticeable. Many developers jump from studio to studio, especially when doing contract work, which Payne did. 343 Industries in particular have uncovered talent, including quite a few individuals at the helm of game development. It does not look good at 343 Industries, so fans of the industry take it every time someone leaves the studio, especially those who look forward to it. Halo.

Payne does not say why he is leaving 343 Industries behind, but he notes that he is on his way to Gunfire Games, the developer behind Darksiders 3 and Remains: From the ashes.

Once again, every major studio goes through the turnover. In fact, many claim that the industry has a significant turnover problem. However, there are apparently not many studios that have converted more than 343 Industries in the past few years. Whether this one, in particular, is an indication of a bigger problem, who knows, but many have left the studio behind recently, including project and creative clues, and this is usually no great sign of the development of a game.

Halo Infinite is in development for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC and will be released soon this holiday. For more coverage on the upcoming first-person sci-fi shooter, click here or check out some relevant links below:
