Gwyneth Paltrow says she did not want to divorce

Perhaps the conscious decoupling was not so conscious after all.

Gwyneth Paltrow and her ex Chris Martin may have helped the phrase ‘conscious disconnection’, but that’s apparently not what she wanted to do at all.

Gwyneth and Chris, who share children of Apple and Moses, untied the knot in 2003, but in 2014 they decided to divorce.

At the time, the couple conceded that ‘although we love each other very much, we will stay apart’ and expressed their efforts to put their children first.

But when I look back on her divorce on a recent episode of Anna Faris is unqualified, Gwyneth says it was never her desire to tear.

“I learned so much from something I wanted the least in the world. I never wanted to divorce. I theoretically never wanted to be married to the father of my children, ‘Gwyneth explained.

But Gwyneth added that something good came out of the situation, saying: ‘I learned more about myself through that process than I could have imagined. And because I focused on responsibility, I was then able to find the most amazing man and build something. which I’ve never had with Brad [Falchuk], my man. ”

Gwyneth and Brad first developed a friendship after meeting on set Glee. Things later became romantic and finally the duo got married in 2018.

“He demands that I be honest with myself. It’s hard for me, but really helps me grow,” Gwyneth concluded.

While the split of Gwyneth and Chris may not have been entirely ideal, in the end it sounds like things have worked out!
