If you’ve been planning to add the latest version of Grand Theft Auto to your list of games to play, it’s time to make alternative plans.
Leading Rockstar Games insider Yan2295 took to Twitter to claim that while Grand Theft Auto VI is in development, it is not going to come anytime soon. This contradicts the demands made last year, where the learner said that the game developed much further.
Last year, Jason Schreier of Bloomberg (then with Kotaku) reported that GTA 6 was still in early development. He further explained in a tweet that this was the case years away.
Yes, CTA 6 is being developed. No it’s not coming anytime soon. No, I do not know when it will be announced or released. You can stop asking now.2 January 2021
Yan2295, which is apparently so good to lick that publisher 2K Games asked him to quit, challenged According to Schreier, the game was developed much further. Now, now he supports some of these demands.
Unfortunately, Yan2295 did not provide any additional information. But given that it took Grand Theft Auto V five years to develop, an upcoming GTA 6 may not land until 2023, with the assumption that preliminary work began after the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 in 2018.
Until then, Grand Theft Auto Online will have to suffice. Although, we suggest you try Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
