This is an interesting conversation for fans who will have a little more insight into what the San Francisco 49ers are looking for in the No. 3 overall pick.
Cosell shares his thoughts on Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Justin Fields, Trey Lance, Mac Jones, Davis Mills, and even current New York Jets fullback Sam Darnold. While Lawrence and Wilson are almost locks to be drafted along with the two top picks, the Jets holding Darnold would be a decision to change the concept. Cosell shares his thoughts on the scenario.

Steve Wyche, NFL Network, virtually spoke to reporter Keiana Martin of the San Francisco 49ers team to discuss the instant trade that declined Friday morning. The 49ers moved up from overall number 12 to third place and found themselves picking up one of the best backs in this year’s draft class. Everyone seems to have an opinion on who the San Francisco 49ers will choose with the number 3 pick. It is generally expected that Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson on the no. 1 and 2 places will be, and head coach Kyle Shanahan will leave with Justin Fields, Trey Lance or Mac Jones. The first two are considered the better prospects. Of course, there are a lot of conversations around Jones. The San Francisco 49ers expect to have a much improved offense this season. Much of it depends on staying healthy and not repeating the accidents of the previous season. It will also help not to turn players in the center in and out of the turn. The team not only signed the eight-time Pro Bowl suit, Trent Williams. That added six times to Pro Bowl center Alex Mack.
