A new car theft rumor predominantly about GTA 6 is making the rounds within the GTA community, and while the rumor is mostly about GTA 6 and what’s going on with its development, it seems to bother Rockstar Games that something is going on GTA San Andreas. Unfortunately, the rumor does not tell much else, but it does suggest that it is related to the upcoming anniversary of the game.
The rumor comes from an anonymous source and raises some red flags, but it makes the rounds and is picked up, and more interestingly it comes after last month’s rumor, from slightly more credible sources, which claims Rockstar Games is not just working on a remaster of GTA San Andreas, but Onderstad and GTA 3 remasters too.
What’s unclear is why the rumor calls the game commemorating the game as if it’s an explanation for why Rockstar Games wants to revive it. GTA San Andreas somehow. The commemoration of the game only takes place in October, and even then it will be the 17th anniversary of the game, which would be a fairly random commemoration to celebrate.
First of all, consider everything here with a massive grain of salt considering that nothing here is official and because it is speculated. In fact, the rumor itself will be much less noticeable if it does not catch up with last month’s rumor claiming something similar.
At the time of publication, Rockstar Games is not commenting on this rumor, and it is unlikely that it will change as the company maintains a very strict “no comment” policy regarding rumors.
