Grand Theft Auto PS2 Remasters To Be Announced Soon

The long-rumored PS5 remasters of car theft III, Grand Theft Auto Vice City, en Grand Theft Auto San Andreas can finally be announced later today at the new PlayStation State of Play. While a new leak GTA fans celebrating the unveiling of GTA 5 on PS5, some new annoyances on the GTA Forums some also have the intended announcement. Insiders and leakers on the popular forum site have been bothering to re-release these three classic PS2 eras for weeks GTA games, and now some are teasing that this is finally the day it will be announced.

Over on GTA Forums, user “ClimaCool”, recently and apparently teased that something is going to happen with these games on February 25th. The thing is, this tease was shared before the PlayStation State of Play was announced, which gives some credence to the belief that it was some kind of inside information.

That said, it is possible that it was a tease GTA 5 news rather than GTA Trilogy news, and of course it can also be nothing but a happy coincidence.

Fortunately, we do not have to wait very long to find out what exactly is going on here. At the time of publication, the PlayStation State of Play is approximately three hours away.

At this time, no implied party – Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Sony – has commented on any of the information above. If that changes, we’ll probably update the story, but do not expect it. All three not only maintain a fairly strict ‘no comment’ policy when it comes to rumors and all information of the unofficial and speculative variety, but it makes no sense to comment on a rumor about a show that less than three hours away.
