‘Gorilla Glue girl’, Tessica Brown,’s GoFundMe is $ 20,000

Gorilla Glue Girl’s GoFundMe page Tessica Brown raised more than $ 20,000 in donations on Thursday after doctors finally removed the adhesive through surgery.

The 40-year-old woman from Louisiana – whose hair has been stabbed hard for a month after using the super glue as a substitute for hair spray, started the fundraiser on Monday.

She raised more than $ 13,000 in just one day – and by Thursday afternoon it had risen to $ 20,577.

The fundraiser – started by Brown and a family member and using a photo of her emergency visit – did not specify what she would use the cash for.

Beverly Hills, plastic surgeon, Michael Obeng, offered to perform Brown’s surgery – a $ 12,500 procedure – for free after hearing of the hair-raising ordeal.

“How does it feel to feel like that again?” one can hear someone asking Brown about the four-hour procedure, in footage posted by TMZ.

“Now I wish I had waited to cut off my ponytail,” Brown says.

Brown has a lawyer and is weighing the case against Gorilla Glue.
