Tessica Brown allegedly chopped off her ponytail with the product Goof Off to soften the Gorilla glue that leaves her hair a sticky mess.
Sources told TMZ that the woman from Louisiana worked on her hair for four hours this week to work the ponytail, which made the superglue remover tough enough to cut with scissors, on her hair.
Meanwhile, Brown plans to leave on Wednesday for a surgeon for professional medical help.
TMZ reported that a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills offered his help for free.
Dr Michael Obeng told Brown that he could fix her hair using glue remover in a procedure that could take three days.
According to TMZ, the procedure is estimated to cost $ 12,500, but Obeng offered to do it for free.
It was unclear whether Obeng was the surgeon Brown referred to in an Instagram post.
