GOP candidate from the Senate of Ohio has asked to leave the RNC refuge

Ohio Senate candidate Josh Mandel (R) was escorted off the premises Friday during a donation presented by the Republican National Committee (RNC), Axios reported.

Sources told Axios that Mandel was asked to leave because he was not a major donor. Mandel did get the chance to talk to Republican donors before he was asked to leave.

The sponsored event is being held at the Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

Former Ohio GOP chair Jane Timken (R) was on the list as a key donor for the weekend event. Mandel and Timken showed their support for the former president. Trump delivered a speech and mingled with the contestants at Mar-a-Lago on Saturday.
