Google wants you to use Lens so badly that it can attack the Search widget

Google Lens combines the power of vivid image processing with your camera’s camera with artificial intelligence and the enormous reach of the enterprise search engine. Apparently not enough people know how to use the app, which is why it has been worked on to make it more visible to users in Android.

Last year, we told you about including a Lens button right next to the microphone icon for voice commands in the Google search bar while scrolling through the results. Just last week, we saw the first lens pull into the search bar widget, complete with updated logo.

But it did not just pop up there – Google Photos, which already makes it clear that Lens is available for people to search their photos and search for things, now offers new directions if it has the faintest idea that something might be selected .

However, this latest step (which may be an A / B test as it does not appear to be version-dependent), however, makes it clear that Google Lens is considered an integral search tool for consumers.
