Golden Globes 2021 results: the complete list of winners, from The Crown to The Queen’s Gambit

Josh O’Connor and Emma Corrin won their first Globes with their appearances as Prince Charles and Princess Diana in The Crown.

The Golden Globes of 2021 are over and have seen the late Chadwick Boseman achieved a posthumous victory with his role in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. Best TV Series (Drama) Winner The crown Emma Corrin and Josh O’Connor achieved their first Globes victory as Princess Diana and Prince Charles respectively. The Queen’s Gambit also won two well-deserved awards, for Best Limited Series and Best Actress in a Limited Series for Anya Taylor-Joy.

I care a lot Rosamund Pike won Best Actress (Musical or Comedy), and Jason Sudeikis of Ted Lasso Best Actor in a TV Series (Musical or Comedy). Borat Subsequent Moviefilm beat Hamilton to take the best film (musical or comedy) with him. Chloé Zhao made history and became the first female director of Asian descent to win a Golden Globe with Nomadland, which also won Best Picture (Drama).

There were some technical issues, with Catherine O’Hara of Schitt’s Creek experienced background noise during her acceptance speech. Fortunately, the sound of Mark Ruffalo and John Boyega worked perfectly when they accepted awards for TV appearances. The Chicago 7 Trial Aaron Sorkin won Best Screenplay.
