Target is going to offer people something extra when they buy Nintendo’s next game in store. It’s even practical. Target revealed a Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Wrath bonus on Twitter. Basically, if you buy the game, you also get a water bottle.
This is not a pre-order bonus. All you have to do is upload the game at launch at a Target store. If you do, you’ll get a water bottle with Cat Mario, Cat Peach and Cat Toad on it. It also looks like Cat Luigi may appear, but the layout of the design in the add only shows Cat Mario and Cat Peach and indicates Cat Toad.
Target was pretty good at offering people bonuses for Nintendo games beforehand. For example, Animal crossing: new horizons came up with a 2020 planner and journal. More recently it announced New Pokémon Snap with a magnetic picture frame.
Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Wrath appears on Nintendo Switch on February 12, 2021. There will also be the day amiibo of Cat Mario and Cat Peach. Super Mario 3D World is available on the Nintendo Wii U, though without bonuses like Bowser’s Fury and multiplayer Captain Toad levels. The target Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Wrath promotion will be available as long as stock lasts.
