In her Valentine’s Day tribute to Zayn, she wrote, ‘I love you, Valentine && love the Valentine we can share forever.’

In and out of each other’s lives since 2015, many have assumed that she and Zayn made the decision to rekindle their romance and officially make their union child-friendly amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
