The defense of the ex-police accused of the death of George Floyd argued March in favor of the agent and called to declare an expert in the use of the force that justifies that Derek Chauvin prescribes Floyd against the floor, and affirms that the things that may have been more important than the African-American male “comfortably descended” on the pavement.

Barry Brodd, a former Santa Rosa, California police officer, defends Chauvin’s actions in the juvenile court, including a fiscal interrogation with duress and expressing his disapproval of the “descent comfort” expression.

“It’s easy to center and judge (…) the conduct of an agent”, Verklaar Brodd. ‘It is more of a challenge to lie in the agents’ booths in order to make a valuation based on what they are, what they perceive, what they have, and they take a decision”.

Dijo that does not create that Chauvin and the other agents employ a lethal force when mantuvieron to Floyd boca abajo, con las manos esposadas a la espalda y la rodilla de Chauvin en el cuello o la zona del cuello durante lo que la fiscalía descriptionió com 9 minute y medio.

Various official officers of the Minneapolis Police Department, including the Chief of Police, stated that Chauvin employed an excessive force and increased his training. And medical experts lamented by the taxman said Floyd had plagued oxygen failure due to reduction.

The question of what reason is reasonable and important: the police are authorized to point out a lethal force when someone is guilty of cheating on an agent or other persons. A juicie clause, according to legal experts, will determine whether Chauvin’s actions are reasonable in this particular case.

Brodd also appears to have defended what the tax collectors described as an extended error of law: the idea that if anything you can talk, you can breathe.

Chauvin, a 45-year-old white man, was charged with manslaughter and homicide in Floyd’s death last May, while on suspicion of possessing a $ 20 contraband ticket at a grocery store.

El chogvin de Chauvin, Eric Nelson, said Floyd had committed a lawsuit against his illegal use of drugs and medical problems, despite Chauvin’s support for a wheelbarrow.

Moments now that the tax authorities concluded his presentation, a list of 11 testimonials and a video evidence, the defense called his first testimony, a retired Minneapolis police officer who declared a May 6 incident in 2019 that Floyd was arrested.

Scott Creighton said he dropped his pistol while Floyd, a passenger in a vehicle, was not ordered to test his mane. Nelson showed video of a Corporal Camera showing Creighton approaching the passenger, draining his arm and singing to Floyd of the coach.

Chauvin’s lawyer has been charged with felony criminal mischief for firing on a sculpture with a shotgun, according to Cheyvin, at Floyd’s office.

Another testimony that responded to this incident, Michelle Moseng, a retired paramedic, told Floyd that he had been using it for several minutes.

“The question of why and for me why I was an addict”, said Moseng, who also describes Floyd’s conduct as “agitated”, as he annuls his comment from the judicial informant.

Moseng dijo adds that it is recommended that Floyd be hospitalized on the basis of her hypertension, which she mediates in 216 so 160, but that is resistance.

In his counter-interrogation, fiscal Erin Eldridge concludes that Moseng declares that the indices of respiration, pulse, cardiac rhythm and electrocardiogram are normal. Eldridge says Floyd was hospitalized and given two hours off.
