Galaxy S21 colors shown in leaks that do not represent a microSD

Samsung has not yet officially confirmed the launch opportunity, but at this point we are just a few weeks away from the debut of the Galaxy S21 series. As January 14th approaches, more leaks are emerging with the latest spec disc indicating that the Galaxy S21 may not have a microSD card slot as we also take a good look at all the colors.

WinFuture came out over the Christmas holidays with another big leak that fully outlined the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 +. The leak confirms screen sizes, camera specifications, battery details and more specifications we’ve seen before. However, in this leak we also get some new details.

First, this leak shows that the Galaxy S21 + will support the ultra wideband (UWB) radio found in Note 20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 2, but the base Galaxy S21 will not.

This leak also especially lacks the mention of microSD support on a Galaxy S21 device. While it is entirely possible that this power-user favorite feature will be retained in the S21 family, it is a bit odd that the material from which these specifications were taken did not have any significant expansion. Nor would it be the first time Samsung has dropped the groove, as the Galaxy S6 was famous for microSD support before the company brought it back in the S7 a year later. More notably, the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 20 both had no support, just like the Galaxy Z Fold 2. With the recent omissions in mind, it seems entirely possible that Samsung is saying goodbye to the microSD on the Galaxy S21.

Finally, the other big news from this leak is another clear look at each Galaxy S21 color variant. The versions obtained by WinFuture show off the gray, white, pink and purple Galaxy S21 colors while displaying the silver, black and purple S21 + options. Personally, that “Phantom Purple” color is by far my favorite.

However, it is noteworthy that we also saw these colors in a previous leak.

All this made you excited to pick up a Galaxy S21? Good news! Samsung has opened pre-orders for the phone in the US. As with previous devices, this program simply offers users the chance to guarantee that they get a pre-order for the phone, as well as a $ 60 credit to get accessories for the phone.
