Hubert, 64, responded to Loughlin’s release on Twitter, where she weighed in on the actress’ privilege.

“So if white actresses commit crimes, they get new shows, pilots, etc … Lori Loughlin … I assume, will get an Emmy for her time in jail. Hmmmm … consider being white, blond and privileged be! No thank you I would rather be fat, black and dignified! ‘Hubert tweeted along with the hashtag #onlyinamerikkka.

On Wednesday, Hubert further pointed out the discrepancy between Loughlin’s two-month sentence and the five-year sentence that Connecticut mother Tanya McDowell received after pleading guilty to enrolling her son at Norwalk schools, despite the fact that she lived in Bridgeport.

“There’s a black woman who’s serving five years because she’s just using a different address to put her child in a better school. Those who get mad at me tweet … I’ll meet you at the door,” he said. Hubert tweeted. “SNL used my photo when I was talking about this school mess, I was NOT amused. #Donnottestme.”

When one user supported Hubert’s argument, she added: “There are a lot of white parents who are angry too. College is expensive and hard to get into. We really need to start pushing back. College should be free anyway.”
