Free PS Plus games for February 2021 are now available to claim (PS5, PS4)

The PlayStation Plus freebies of February 2021 are now available for PS5 and PS4 users. We’ve known one of the upcoming free games since the PS5’s launch: Destruction AllStars, originally released with the console, is available to PS Plus subscribers this month. The vehicle combat game is an exclusive PS5 and joins Concrete Genie and Control: Ultimate version, the latter of which has just received its free PS5 upgrade. All three matches can be claimed from 2 February.

Destruction of AllStars is an online multiplayer title developed by Lucid Games. Players take control of one of the 16 playable characters, each with their own vehicle with unique weapons and moves. As the title suggests, the goal is to zip around the arena and destroy your opponents’ vehicles. If your vehicle is destroyed, you can compete on foot, which will make it harder to emerge victorious. Destruction AllStars is free for subscribers until April 5th.

Control: Ultimate Edition‘s PS5 version released on February 2, the same day it became free for PS Plus subscribers. It is available for both PS4 and PS5 users. The Ultimate Edition comes with both DLC packages, and PS5 owners get a free upgrade that lets you play in two different modes: Performance and Graphics. Performance mode will run the game at 60 frames per second, and the graphical mode runs at 30 frames per second with beam pulling. The star action adventure from Remedy Entertainment deserves an 8/10 in our Control review, and we added a section with thoughts on Control’s new PS5 upgrade.

Concrete Genie is an action-adventure game with Ash, a young boy who comes upon a paintbrush that turns his doodles into reality. It deserves a 7/10 in GameSpot’s Concrete Genie review for its colorful art style and charming story.
