Because the purchase of Carson Wentz will only be official next month, Indianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich cannot speak specifically about the team’s next starting quarterback.

Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Reich said the process of building confidence in quarterbacks, and players in general, should start from the bottom up.
